1. Who we are
This site (lemautomator.work) is operated by Lemuel Duyag ("we", "I", "Lem Automator"), an independent automation consultant based in Mandaue City, Philippines. You can reach us anytime at lemuelduyag@gmail.com.
2. What information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact form data — your name, email, phone number (optional), and the message you write. Submitted via Netlify Forms.
- Booking data — when you book a meeting through Google Calendar, Google collects your name, email, and the time slot you pick. We receive that data to confirm the meeting.
- Technical data — basic, anonymous request information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is automatically logged by our hosting provider (Netlify) and DNS provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance monitoring.
We do not use third‑party advertising trackers, sell your data, or build behavioural profiles.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your messages and project inquiries.
- To deliver booked meetings (Google Meet links, calendar invites).
- To keep the site secure and online.
- To comply with applicable laws.
4. Third‑party services we use
This site relies on a small number of trusted providers. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Netlify — hosting and form submission storage. Netlify Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — DNS and edge security. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google (Calendar & Meet) — booking and video calls. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — webfont delivery (no cookies, no user identifiers stored).
5. Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting and DNS providers may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load‑balancing. Third‑party services (Google Calendar, etc.) may set their own cookies when you interact with them; you can manage these through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep contact‑form submissions and email correspondence for as long as it's relevant to our project relationship — typically up to 24 months — after which it's deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to erasure").
- Stop using your data for any purpose.
Send any of these requests to lemuelduyag@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you also have additional rights under GDPR / UK‑GDPR / CCPA — we honour all of them.
8. International transfers
Our hosting and email providers operate globally. By using this site, you accept that your data may be processed in countries outside your own (e.g., the United States). All providers we use have appropriate safeguards in place.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
