How long does an automation project take?
Small jobs (1–3 workflows): 3–7 days. Mid‑size systems (CRM + AI agents + integrations): 2–4 weeks. Larger builds get a phased plan so you ship value every week, not at the end.
Do you work with my existing stack, or do I have to switch?
I work with what you have. n8n, Make.com, Zapier, GoHighLevel, custom APIs — whatever's already running. If a swap genuinely saves money or time I'll flag it, but it's never required.
How is pricing structured?
Most projects are scoped fixed‑fee after a free audit. For ongoing automation operations, monthly retainers are available. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
Will my team be able to maintain it after launch?
Yes. Every build comes with a Loom walkthrough, a written SOP, and clean naming so your team can read what's happening without me. I also offer optional monthly maintenance.
Can you build AI voice or chat agents that use our real data?
That's most of what I do. RAG over your internal docs, knowledge bases, or live CRM data — so the AI answers with your truth, not generic LLM guesses.
What time zones do you cover?
Based in Mandaue City, Philippines. Working hours 8 AM – 8 PM EST, which overlaps cleanly with US, UK, EU, AU and Asia clients.
